The company announces on prospectus today it plans to offer 2.67 billion shares, representing 40.08% of its total issued capital, through the initial public offering (IPO).
Along with, it will also issue 1.337 billion warrants as sweetener with 2 shares to get one warrant.
Andreas Tjendana, director of PT Sinarmas Sekuritas, said the IPO price was set based on the price earning ratio (PER) of 8-10 times. The PER for the industry, he said, is around 10-12 times.
PT Sinarmas Sekuritas acts as underwriter for the IPO.
The offering is scheduled for January 3-5, 2012 while listing at stock exchange is set for January 12, 2012. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
