Asmawi Syam, BRI's business director, said the loan is part of cooperation between parties on gas payment using BRI Virtual Account facility, especially for industrial consumers.
The signment of the loan facility is scheduled for today (Monday, January 16).
Asmawi said PGN will use this non cash loan facility for issuing the payment guarantee to PGN's suppliers. He said PGN's unit PT PGAS Telekomunikasi Nusantara can use the cash loan facility.
Both parties, he added, are set to agree on cooperation for paying gas by PGAS's household customers through BRI ATM.
"From now on, all PGN's household customers can make the payment via more than 6,000 ATMs of BRI," Asmawi said. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
