Panax has been in regular and on-going discussions with Molten and recently completed a series of meetings and discussions with Molten and its investors in the United States. Panax stated they are confident in building a strong working relationship and its team and is sufficiently satisfied with the work completed by Molten to date in seeking financial close on this transaction.
“Molten will bring additional strength of personnel and experience to Panax’s advanced portfolio of projects in Indonesia and it is clear that they have made sufficiently strong progress in their financing discussions to date,” Managing Director Kerry Parker commented.
Based on HoA, Molten will contribute the first $10 million for project development and will subscribe $1 million in equity capital in Panax within 90 days. Molten also will acquire 50% interest in Panax SINGAPORE, which holds most of Panax’s Indonesian projects. (bintang@theindonesiatoday.com)
