Mr. Pathe has been with Sherritt since 2007 and has held several key executive positions in addition to his current role as CFO, including Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Sherritt, Mr. Pathe practiced law in Toronto, London and Paris, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and international finance. Mr.
Pathe is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and Queen's University and lives in Toronto with his wife and three children.
