Theindonesiatoday.com - Hamid Awaluddin, former minister of law and human rights, will become president commissioner of PT Delta Dunia Makmur (DOID) Tbk, parent company of mining contractor BUMA, effective October 1st, 2011. 

Hamid is Indonesian Ambassador to Russia since April 2008. Born in Pare-Pare, South Sulawesi in October 5th, 1960, Hamid graduated with bachelor degree in law from University of Hasanuddin, Makassar in 1986. He earned PhD from American University in 1998. He was minister of law and human rights in the period of October 2004-May 2007.

DOID informed stock market authorities Friday (August 19) that one of its commissioners, Mr Mayukh Mitter, has passed away on August 15, 2011. The company has yet to appoint new commissioner to replace Mitter. (Theindonesiatoday.com)
