Dalzon Appeals Against Biesterfeld

Theindonesiatoday.com - PT Dalzon Chemical has filed an appeal related to the breach of contract lawsuit against Germany company Biesterfeld.

Hartono Tanuwijaya, Lawyer of Dalzon, stated on that on June 22nd his client had filed an appeal of the South JAKARTA District Court's decision which granted Dalzon partial lawsuit.

He admitted that regardless of the judges that granted in part his client's claim, there are several misjudges and irrelevant issues in the ruling, Bisnis Indonesia reported.

He continued, one of the irrelevant things is the judges set the compensation plus interest, whereas his client and the defendant did not demand it.

Moreover, he continued, the most important thing is that his client placed the disputed chemical properly in a specific place in a warehouse. The defendant, meanwhile, claimed that the chemical was placed at an incorrect temperature. (Theindonesiatoday.com)
