Theindonesiatoday.com - Transportation company PT Panorama Transportasi (WEHA) Tbk has secured Rp50 billion facilities from Bank Victoria.
Sudjasmin Djambiar, director/corporate secretary of Panorama informed stock market authorities Wednesday (Jan 4th) that the facilities will be used to refinance the purchase of operational cars of PT Panorama Transportasi Tbk and subsidiaries PT Panorama Primakencana Transindo, PT Panorama Mitra Sarana, and PT Day Trans.
The facilities have maturities between 12 and 24 months since the signing of the agreements on December 9, 2011 and secured with 233 units of four-wheels and 6-wheels vehicles from various types and brands.
Panorama, the operator of White Horse Deluxe Coach, had earlier bagged Rp60.3 billion of investment credit from Bank Mandiri on 27 June 2011.
The loan will be used to purchase a fleet of 100 units of Hyundai Starex Mover, expand the fleet of Premium Taxi, and 20 units of Mercedes Benz OH 1526 Bus that will be used for travel services. The loan has 6 years term, where it will be disbursed 12 months post loan signing.
WEHA is owned by PT Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (69.39%), Satrijanto Tirtawisata (0.70%), and public investors (12.91%). (Indonesia Today)
