As part of the Business Plan 2010, Member Lines of the South East Asia and South Asia/Australia Trade Facilitation Agreement will implement a Rate Restoration (RR) of US$300.00 per TEU with effect from 15 September 2010.
The new RR will apply for all shipments from SINGAPORE, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and South Asia (Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh) to Australia.
Member Lines have adopted voluntary policy guidelines and have observed the non-binding element of their agreement.
