Theindonesiatoday.com - Bank Chinatrust has provided additional Rp25 billion loan to chemical distributor PT Eterindo Wahanatama (ETWA) Tbk for refinancing of existing debts and working capital.
Immanuel Sutarto, CEO of Eterindo, informed stock market authorities this morning that with the new loan, total facility from Chinatrust increased to Rp40 billion.
Eterindo plans to use Rp20 billion of the facility to repay a facility of Bank SBI Indonesia and the balance for working capital.
The loan from Chinatrust matures June 7, 2012.
Earlier this year, PT Bank Mutiara (BCIC) Tbk has agreed to provide US$10 million facility to PT Anugerahinti Gemanusa (PTAG), a subsidiary of PT Eterindo Wahanatama (ETWA) Tbk.
Eterindo said that time that PTAG will use the facility to pay US$6.35 million of PTAG's debts to other creditors.
ETWA provides corporate guarantee for the facility plus collateral in shares of ETWA in PTAG equals to 19% of total equity of the company or Rp264 billion.
PTAG is a producer of bio-fuel/biodiesel in Indonesia with installed capacity of around 70,000 tons per annum. (Theindonesiatoday.com)
