Siantar Tiara's 71,736 square meters land to be purchased is located in Tambak Sawah, Sidoarjo (East Java) known as Ware House Jabon while Benteng Sejahtera's 31,523 square meters and 16,220 square meters building are also located in Tambak Sawah.
Siantar Tiara's land is valued for Rp43.04 billion, or 10% of Siantar Top's total equity while Benteng Sejahtera's assets is valued for Rp46.35 billion, or 10.36% of Siantar Top's total equity, which reached Rp468.39 billion by June 30, 2011.
