Theindonesiatoday.com - PT Dynaplast Tbk, the leading rigid plastic manufacturing company in Indonesia, posted net profit of Rp60.45 billion in nine months to September of 2010, increased from Rp52.95 billion in the same period of last year.
It recorded net earning per share (EPS) of Rp192.09 compared to Rp168.24 a previous year.
The company said revenue rose to Rp1.19 trillion while cost of good sold also increased to Rp956.5 billion. Then it booked gross profit of Rp232.9 billion, higher than Rp196.66 billion a year earlier.
As operating expense rose to Rp105.5 billion, the company booked operating profit of Rp127.4 billion, higher than 107.2 billion it recorded in nine months to September of 2009.
It also recorded other charges of Rp32.3 billion, of which interest charges accounted for Rp26 billion.
As of September 2010, Dynaplast's assets totaled Rp1.46 trillion while liability amounted Rp840 billion. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
