Lim Eng Khim, Berlina's president director, said the capex will be used for funding the production capacity expansion, factory construction in China and working capital.
The capex, he said, will be funded by internal cash (30%) and bank loan (70%).
Lim said the company is now seeking loan facility from PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI), The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) Limited Indonesia, and PT Bank OCBC NISP.
Along with the expansion, he said, the company targets sales to grow by 15-20% next year. "The production capacity, both Indonesian and China facilities, will be upgraded by 10-20%," Lim said.
He added China factory, under management of Hefei Paragon Plastic Packaging Co. Ltd (HPPP), might contribute 30-35% to the company's total net sales this year. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
