Theindonesiatoday.com - Garment and textile producer PT Pan Brothers Tbk kicks off the offering of 445.4 million new shares in the price range of Rp1000-1575 per share to raise up to Rp701 billion for expansion and working capital.
According to the company's prospectus published this morning, one warrant is attached on three new shares offered, which can be converted into shares after July 6, 2011, exercisable at Rp1600 per warrant. If the warrants exercised, Pan Brothers could raise up to Rp237 billion.
Pan Brothers plans to use proceeds from rights issue to expand production facilities, acquire more shares in PT Pancaprima Ekabrothers, acquire 51% shares in PT Hoilit International (garment buying agent), and working capital.
Existing shareholders of Pan Brothers are Mr Darwin (11.2%), PT Ganda Sawit Utama (19.37%), PT Trisetijo Manunggal utama (22.79%), UBS AG SINGAPORE Non-Treaty Omnibus Account (6.48%), and public. (Theindonesiatoday.com)
