Theindonesiatoday.com - Property developer PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) posted net profit of Rp49.27 billion in the nine months to September of 2010, a 38% rise compared to Rp35.78 billion in the same period of last year.
It recorded net earning per share of Rp70.79, compared to Rp51.4 a previous year.
The company said revenue rose 26% to Rp305.92 billion, from Rp242.94 billion in nine months to September of 2009. Cost of good sold also increased to Rp174.08 billion. As a result, it booked gross profit of Rp131.84 billion, higher than Rp112.65 billion a year earlier.
Operating expense increased to Rp46.83 billion while operating profit rose to Rp85.02 billion for the period.
As of June 30, 2010, Lippo Cikarang's assets totaled Rp1.64 trillion while liability amounted Rp1.09 trillion. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
