The company is obliged to launch tender offer after acquiring 36.55 percent of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Bhuwanatala Indah.
The tender offer is priced at Rp51 per share and will last in March 2, 2012.
Safire Capital had in December 2011 purchased 593 million shares from PT Bhakti Karya Indah Permai, and 5.6 million shares from PT Bhaktikarya Gemasentosa.
With the purchase, Safire Capital will become the largest shareholder in BIPP with 36.5%, followed by Mr Kentjana Widjaja (5.38%), and public.
