SIRVA Acquires Peninsula Properties

Theindonesiatoday.com - SIRVA Inc., a leading global relocation and moving services provider, announced its acquisition of Peninsula Properties Hong Kong, a real estate company providing a full range of destination services in and around Hong Kong.

"SIRVA has the resources, infrastructure and global network that provide a broad range of dedicated services for clients relocating in and out of Hong Kong."

Established in 2000, Peninsula Properties provides relocation and residential services for expatriates moving to Hong Kong. Its services include orientations, home and school searches, lease renewals, tenancy management, and settling-in and departure services. Licensed through Hong Kong's Estate Agents Authority, the company's experienced consultants are fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and German.

"This strategic acquisition will allow SIRVA to leverage Peninsula Properties' excellent reputation and long-standing relationships in the local real estate market," said Clare Williams, managing director, Asia and Middle East at SIRVA. "Their team of experienced consultants is well versed in providing comprehensive destination programs and will greatly enhance SIRVA's destination offerings for our customers."

With the acquisition, SIRVA continues to strengthen its presence in China with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Dalian, Guangzhou, Shenyang, Shenzhen and Chengdu.
