Theindonesiatoday.com - Concert organizer PT Prima Jaya Kreasi, well known as Big Daddy Production, plans to launch the initial public offering (IPO) by end of this year, targeting proceeds of Rp300 billion.
Michael Rusli, president director of Prima Jaya Kreasi, said in press statement that the IPO proceeds will be used for financing concert activity, education and investment in infrastructure in early 2012.
As of July 2011, the company booked revenue of Rp24 billion, jumped 336% from December 2010. It booked net profit of Rp5.4 billion in the first half of 2011.
He said Big Daddy has secured exclusive contract with Feld Entertainment for 3 years for organizing Disney Show in Indonesia, including Disney on Ice and Disney Live.
In education, Michael said, Bid Daddy has signed contract with famous English football club Liverpool FC for organizing international-standard football school in Indonesia.
Hanny Marpaung, corporate secretary of Prima Jaya Kreasi, said the company had secured US$7 million worth of contract for organizing 8 concerts in 2012.
