Theindonesiatoday.com - Property developer PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) posted net profit of Rp150.59 billion in the first half (H1) of 2011, soared 442% from Rp27.78 billion in the corresponding period of last year.
It recorded earning per share (EPS) of Rp110.31, compared to Rp12.64 a previous year.
Revenue jumped 106% to Rp1.54 trillion from Rp749.57 billion a year earlier while direct cost surged 107% to Rp1.14 trillion from previous Rp551.78 billion.
Gross profit was Rp400.89 billion while profit before tax reached Rp213.41 billion, jumped 308% from Rp52.2 billion in the first half of 2010.
As of June 2011, its assets totaled Rp2.63 while liability amounted Rp1.53 trillion. It has cash and cash equivalent of Rp598.48 billion. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
