Theindonesiatoday.com - The energy commodities futures prices gained this morning. The price of futures Asian Nymex Crude oil was at USD 101.50 per bbl, up 0.18% from previous closing. While the Natural Gas was up 0.02 points to USD 4.40 per MMBtu.
Heating Oil and Gasoline were settled at USD 3.00 and 3.04 per gallon respectively. The increases in commodities had helped lift energy stocks.
The oil and gas stocks in JAKARTA were in green at this morning. Benakat and Energi Mega gained 1.59% and 1.04% respectively. Only Ratu Prabu dropped 3.03%.
In regional, Santos gained 2.52%, followed by CNOOC, Petrochina, and Woodside. In globalmarket, oil and gas stocks gained slightly, led by Chevron 0.96%, but Total declined 0.29%.
Coal stocks in Jakarta also rose. Harum Energy and Darma Henwa gained 1.09% and 1.02%, respectively. Indo Tambangraya also gained 1.07%. Indika surged 4.27%.
In regional, coal stocks climbed led by RioTinto which lifted 1.56%. In America, Consol gained 2.80%, followed by others. (teguh@theindonesiatoday.com)
