JAKARTA, Indonesia Today - PT Media Nusantara Citra (MNCN) Tbk, controlled by Tanoesoedibjo family, seeks shareholders approval on April 30th, 2012 for a proposal to pay out Rp485 billion of dividend from its 2011 net profit.
MNCN, parent of RCTI and Global TV, said in a disclosure to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) this morning that the proposed dividend equals to Rp35 per share, an increase of 133% from fiscal year 2010.
"For fiscal year 2012, we are expecting a dividend payout of at least 45% on a projected net income of Rp1.5 trillion," MNCN said.
MNCN projected sales revenue growth of 23% this year, including from the broadcast of Euro Cup 2012 and continuation of Indonesian Premier League.
The projected EBITDA for 2012 is 32% with an EBITDA margin of 36%. Net profit is expected to grow 38% to Rp1.5 trillion or an EPS of Rp107. (Indonesia Today)
