Noble Group Seeks US$2.25 Billion Loan Syndication

Theindonesiatoday.com - Noble Group, the global supply chain manager for agriculture and energy producs, has appointed some banks for a US$2.25 billion Committed Unsecured Revolving Loan Facilities.

The Company has appointed ABN Amro Bank N.V., Banco do Brasil S.A., London Branch, Bank of America, N.A., The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited (lending through its Affiliate, Citibank, N.A., Hong Kong Branch), Commerzbank AG, Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A. (trading as Rabobank International), DBS Bank Ltd, Goldman Sachs Lending Partners L.L.C., The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, ING Bank N.V., JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Hong Kong Branch, Natixis, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, Hong Kong Branch, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited as the Bookrunner Mandated Lead Arrangers.

The Facilities comprise a US$675 million equivalent 364-day committed Unsecured Revolving Loan Facility and a US$1.575 billion three-year committed Unsecured Revolving Loan Facility.

The Company shall apply all amounts borrowed under the Facilities for the refinancing of certain of its existing debt and for its general corporate purposes.

Noble owns and manages an array of strategic assets, sourcing from low cost producers such as Brazil, Argentina, Australia and Indonesia and supplying to high growth demand markets including China, India and the Middle East.(Theindonesiatoday.com)
