Theindonesiatoday.com - PT Summit Oto Finance booked net profit of Rp443 billion in 2009, higher than Rp405.1 billion in 2009, helped by higher revenue.
It reported revenue of Rp2.94 trillion, a 19.7% increase compared to Rp2.45 trillion in previous year. It booked revenue from consumer financing of Rp1.77 trillion, higher than Rp1.58 trillion a year earlier.
It recorded charges of Rp2.33 trillion, compared to Rp1.82 trillion in 2009.
Then, profit before tax declined 3.8% to Rp606 billion from earlier Rp630 billion.
Its assets surged 40.5% to Rp11.52 trillion while liability also jumped 49.4% to Rp8.77 trillion. (teguh@theindonesiatoday.com)
