Theindonesiatoday.com - PT Bank Panin Tbk (PNBN) posted net profit of Rp1.26 trillion in 2010, grew by 37% from Rp915.29 billion in 2009, on higher interest income.
It recorded net earning per share (EPS) of Rp52.22 compared to Rp41.01 in previous year.
Interest income increased 33% to Rp3.71 trillion from Rp2.79 trillion a year earlier. It booked interest income of Rp7.47 trillion.
Operating income excluding interest reached Rp1.81 trillion while operating expenses excluding interest totaled Rp3.92 trillion. Then it recorded operating profit of Rp1.61 trillion.
Its assets grew 39% to Rp105.92 trillion, of which credits totaled Rp57.53 trillion, a 33% growth from Rp43.2 trillion in 2009.
Its third party funds reached Rp75.05 trillion. It has cash of Rp1.07 trillion. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
