Indonesia Finance
Roni Haslim, president director of BCA Finance, said the first phase bond worth Rp1.1 trillion is scheduled for April 2012, with tenure of 1-4 years.
The bond proceeds will be used to refinance the matured bond this year which totaled Rp658.5 billion and supporting financing.
Roni earlier said the company targets to book financing of Rp27 trillion this year, grows 42% from Rp19 trillion last year.
BCA Finance plans to launch new products through ballon payment system with downpayment set for Rp20% of total loan, 40% loan to be repaid by installment for 3 years and the rest 40% of loan to be settled at the fourth year.
Fitch Ratings expects BCA Finance's earnings to remain satisfactory this year due to low cost of funding; benchmark interest rates are expected to remain low until H112, while car demand in Indonesia is likely to remain strong.
